Happiness Planner | Unboxing & First Impressions

The Happiness Planner has been all over social media and is an item that I have swooned over for many months. From the gorgeous packaging to the small little detail inside, it was something I just had to have, as soon as I saw they were releasing an July - June planned I had to pre-order mine.

It arrived I think end of may / beginning of June and I was in ore. The packaging it comes in is gorgeous, it feel very special when opened - very much like a small child at christmas. Considering I has seen it all over Instagram and the blogging world I had already had very high expectation of what the product what be like and I was not disappointed!!

It comes in a turquoise box with gold writing and illustrations. When you open the box inside is your planner and also a few other items. These include gold paper clips, my goals, my bucket list, my new year resolutions and change a habit in 30 days all of which yo can fill out and add even more achievement from your planner. I think these are a gorgeous little extra in the box and it already really gets you thinking.

On to the most amazing part, the planner. I went for the turquoise and rose gold planner and I must say its gorgeous. Its a very chunky planner with big rose gold binder, it feels very very sturdy and well made.

When you open it to the first thing you are greeted with a little massage from the founder, writer and designer Mo Seetubtim. As your turn further in to the planner, there are lots of quotes and inspirational activities that really make you reflect on where you are at the moment and where you want to be.

At the beginning of each month there is a plan, this includes personal goals, work goals, this month I'm excited for, happy things I will do. Already you are thinking about the month and focussing on the happy times in the month and what you want to achieve.

Throughout the month, each day there is a page to fill out. This includes; today I'm excited for, main focus, exercise, meals, scheduled, to-dos, notes, good things about today and was I hope for tomorrow. These are perfect to answer whether you have had an amazing day or a hard one as it really makes you think about  the good in everything and to be positive.

At the end of each month there is a part to reflect, this ask you to describe the months in 3 words, the months happiest moments, this months struggle, how I overcome them, what I learned, who/what I'm thankful for, who i'd like to improve next month, anything else to note?

The planner allows you to do this throughout the year, I can not wait to be able to look back and read all the happy moments I had and to see how far I have come and what I've achieved.

I feel we all get so caught up in our routine and the world. We take the little things for granted and hold onto the bad. This planner really allows you to explore and think.

I am going to enjoy filling this out and I can not wait until the 1st of July!!

Much Love

Alice
